We are opening a wonderful opportunity in Poutapolku's Western Uusimaa open care services. We are seeking a full-time Open Care Worker for the Western Uusimaa welfare area in our open care team. Our offices are located in Espoo and Lohja. The Open Care Worker’s duties include family work, intensified family work and professional support work with children, youths and families. There is also an opportunity to work with adult clients in supported housing. Client work focuses on the afternoon and early evening. You have a social, health or education AMK-level education or an equivalent degree and at least one year of experience in child protection. We value especially skills such as neuropsychiatric coaching qualifications, both through education and work experience. We expect you to have strong documentation skills and good Finnish language skills. In our team we value different personalities and we hope your work approach is cheerful, brisk and competent. The Open Care Worker job is independent and responsible, with strong support from a supervisor and the work community.
