About the opportunity Ensure the operational performance of our associated merchant portfolio through analytical and close management, guaranteeing the fulfillment of key indicators and the implementation of scalable solutions. Challenges and Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Lead the operational performance of the associated merchant portfolio and perform periodic monitoring together with commercial and operations teams. - Problem Solving: Identify deviations preventatively, prioritize incidents and implement sustainable action plans. - Data Analysis: Analyze trends and root causes to transform them and into metrics, control dashboards and actionable business decisions. - Strategic Relationships: Collaborate with key stakeholders from different areas to drive continuous operational initiatives. - Project Leadership: Implement continuous improvements that ensure agile, efficient and scalable operations. What you need to be successful - Academic Background: Professional degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related careers. - Previous experience in data analysis or operations. - Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Excel and visualization or query tools (SQL, Looker Studio or similar). - Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify root causes, manage priorities and make decisions based on evidence. - Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, adaptability to change and ability to influence collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
