Retail Force Finland Oy is a new field sales organization built by experienced professionals that provides nationwide field sales coverage for customers’ product portfolios. We ensure consumer availability of products at sales points, supporting our clients’ other sales and marketing activities. Job title: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated sales representative for a permanent position in the Greater Helsinki area. As a sales representative you will independently handle your area’s customers and visits. Experience in a similar role and especially knowledge of K-Group stores/merchants in your area is valued, but everything can be learned and networks built through hard work. What does the representative’s daily work look like? Meeting daily with 8-12 retail customers (you arrange meetings). Selling a strong, diverse and genuinely engaging product portfolio. Communicating with customers and your own team. Succeed in the role if you have: excellent customer service and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, experience (preferably long-term) in a somewhat similar role, driver's license and own car are required, fluent Finnish. What we offer: Monthly salary around 4,000 EUR (depends on experience) and possible periodic bonuses.
