Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities. ## What you’ll do: * Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance on-site. * Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings. * Coordinate Eaton and vendor activities daily. * Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager. * Lead on-site teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. * Audit testing and commissioning processes. * Organize site training and resolve issues professionally. ## Qualifications: * Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification (mandatory). * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles with MV switchgears. * Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, construction site safety, and quality management. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents. * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. * Datacenter experience. ## Skills: * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Customer-facing experience is critical. * English required; additional languages beneficial. * Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively. ## What We Offer: * Work on high-impact projects with global customers. * Join a company recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies. * Competitive compensation and benefits. * Opportunities for career growth and development.
