Assistant Restaurant Manager

Apply for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at the new Hesburger in Heinola. We are looking for an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER for the HESBURGER operating in connection with Prisma Heinola, opening in spring 2027. The employment is permanent and full-time (112.5 h/3 weeks). We require previous experience and strong expertise in Hesburger supervisory duties. Ordinary work, exceptionally interesting job description As an assistant restaurant manager, you are responsible together with the restaurant manager for operational activities, achieving target goals, and staff well-being. You are an approachable supervisor for whom restaurant work KPIs are familiar. The new Hesburger is spacious, cozy, and an easy stop. There are over 100 customer seats. In your work, you ensure that the customer promises of Hämeenmaa and Hesburger regarding quality, service, and cleanliness are realized. You also take responsibility for recruiting staff and developing employees' skills. You are in an important role in the search starting later in the autumn, in which we recruit the staff of the new location (about 20–25 employees), including other responsible persons. The assistant restaurant manager's shifts are located in all the restaurant's opening hours. Hesburger is open according to Prisma Heinola's opening hours. The assistant restaurant manager's salary is determined according to the collective agreement for supervisors in the accommodation and catering trade.
