Primary location: ROVANIEMI WAITER / CAFÉ WORKER Rosso Rovaniemi / Coffee House Rovaniemi We are looking for several waiters for fixed-term contracts (40–75 h/3 weeks) for the 2026–2027 winter season at Rosso restaurant and Coffee House café. The fixed-term periods are approximately from November to March, negotiable based on the applicant. Job description and expectations You are a friendly, positive, and hardworking individual who wants to charm our customers together with your colleagues. Our service is high-quality and immediate, and we help each other succeed as a team. We value initiative, a brisk yet careful way of working, and a sales-oriented attitude. In our Lapland restaurants, we win people over with good service, food, and drink. We value previous experience in waiting and café duties, but it is not essential – we will provide thorough orientation in working methods and house rules. Legal age, at least fluent skills in Finnish and English, and the ability to work shifts are requirements for our waiter positions. We operate in the middle of the busiest tourist street, so any additional language skills and cultural knowledge will be an advantage. Come work with an exceptionally great group of people.
