Then become part of Skeleton as a Team Coordinator (m/f/d) and support our production team in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards every day. In this role, you take on a central function in shift operation: You coordinate processes, support your team in their daily work and ensure that production, especially during night shifts, runs smoothly. You will deal with the following topics: - Coordination of daily production processes to achieve production and quality goals - Support and guidance of team members, especially during night shifts - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, PPE guidelines and evacuation processes - Contact person for safety questions during the shift as well as coordination of measures in the event of incidents - Planning of personnel assignments in cooperation with the shift leader - Monitoring team performance as well as compliance with production processes - Ensuring complete and correct production documentation - Carrying out and supporting structured shift handovers - Identification and escalation of operational topics as well as relevant incidents or disciplinary matters - Confidential handling of personal and operational information - Support for continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations How you fit perfectly into our team: - Completed vocational training, qualification as a Master / Technician or equivalent experience in a technical environment - Several years of professional experience in the production area desirable - Relevant experience as a shift leader in a manufacturing company, in shift operation - Good knowledge of booking processes in an ERP system - Good ability to understand and quickly familiarize yourself with new processes - Structured and independent way of working, resilience and flexibility characterize you - Communication skills, patience and perseverance are among your strengths - Willingness to work in a shift system (3-shift system) - Very good German skills and good English skills.
