Click Personnel Services is seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager for a client company specializing in high-quality small house projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The company has over 20 years of experience in building terraced, semi-detached, and detached houses, with a particular strength in wooden construction. In this role, you will act as a key partner to the CEO and be responsible for the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive management of new construction projects, planning site schedules and resources, estimating and calculating material needs, collaborating with subcontractors and other stakeholders, monitoring project quality, costs, and schedules, as well as handling warranty tasks and annual inspections. The ideal candidate has a degree as a construction foreman or other suitable construction education and experience in the new construction of small houses. Experience in wooden construction is considered a significant advantage. We are looking for a determined, solution-oriented, and proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills who takes responsibility and strives for high quality.
