Receptionist

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and efficient workers for fixed-term employment for the 2026-2027 winter season for the position of RECEPTIONIST (NIGHT SHIFT) FOR SEASONAL WORK IN LAPLAND (15-17€/H) We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and responsible night receptionist to strengthen our team for the winter season in Saariselkä. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a safe and smooth customer experience at our hotel during the night – even when most of the team is resting. The work takes place during the period 11/2025–4/2026. Working hours are 112.5 hours over a three-week period. Exact start and end dates will be confirmed closer to the start of the season. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? You will succeed in this position if you have a brisk and customer-centric approach to work, good stress tolerance, and the ability to resolve situations independently. You are organized, reliable, and can act calmly even in unexpected situations. We hope that you already have previous experience in reception work and familiarity with systems such as Mews and Fareharbor. Since our working language is English, we expect fluent English language skills. The most important thing, however, is attitude: you are a team player who is not intimidated by quiet nights or small challenges, but accepts them with a gentle touch and professionalism.
