We are now looking for practical nurses and registered nurses or final-year students for on-call work at Esperi Hoivakoti Lehmusrinne. Esperi Hoivakoti Lehmusrinne as a workplace: Hoivakoti Lehmusrinne offers 24-hour service housing for 60 elderly people in Lehmo. Our building was completed in 2023 and we are located near the center of Joensuu, with good transport links. You can easily get to Lehmusrinne by car or bus, and by bike it takes only about 20 minutes. Our residents have various functional limitations depending on their health, and as professionals, we strive to support the resident's own functional capacity as much as possible and enable things that are meaningful and important to each individual. We do not invent everyday life for our residents, but it is created together. Regular resident meetings ensure that our residents' wishes are collected and the weekly program is planned based on them. A professional and positive work community works in our home - not forgetting an important member of our team, the care dog Martta! Your workday as a nurse with us: As a nurse, your job description includes responsible and versatile care and customer service work, where the main focus is on assisting residents in daily activities according to their needs. Your workday consists of, among other things, care work and guidance for residents, planning and participating in care, and activity activities. We hope that you have completed medication permits so that you can implement high-quality medication therapy. We orient on-call workers to our unit and our work practices so that it is nice to come to the shift and you know what is expected of you. You can trust that you can always ask colleagues for help! Employment details: We are looking for practical nurses, registered nurses and final-year students in the field for flexible on-call work. On-call work is based on a framework agreement that does not obligate you to a certain number of hours. Salary: In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The hourly wage for a graduated practical nurse is €14.82/h (salary class G20C) and for a registered nurse €16.71/h (salary class G23D). Experience and shift bonuses are added to the basic salary according to the collective agreement. Salary is paid twice a month. What do we expect from you? - you are a qualified practical nurse or registered nurse, we also consider final-year students - you have valid medication permits, a hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - fluent Finnish language skills (at least B1 level) - a positive and proactive approach to work Previous experience working with the elderly is considered an advantage.
