Employment Contract | Full-time | Hybrid | Kraków We are seeking a Senior Specialist of Record to Report (JE & Reporting) for Amer Sports' office in Kraków. As a core member of the Record to Report JE & Reporting Team, you will own financial reporting and general ledger processes across multiple entities, collaborate with financial controllers, and help standardize accounting processes globally. Responsibilities include preparing balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closings, documentation, internal controls, process improvement, auditing support, and mentoring team members. Requirements include 6+ years in accounting (4+ years GL), SAP Finance, Blackline, and advanced MS Excel; English proficiency; degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
