We are currently seeking an electronics worker for mechanical installation, device assembly, and testing tasks for a long-term employment relationship for our client company. Our client company provides electronics design, manufacturing, and maintenance services with over 30 years of experience. The company is located in the South Tampere area. The duties of the electronics worker include, for example: - Reading technical drawings - Installing frames, parts, and mechanics - Connecting circuit boards, wires, and electrical components - Hand soldering (experience in circuit board population is a plus) - Using hand tools and measuring devices - Testing device functionality (troubleshooting skills are a plus) Previous experience in similar roles will facilitate a quick transition to independent work. However, we also consider candidates at the beginning of their career in electronics who are skilled in soldering and suited for careful, precision-oriented, and patient work. Working hours are weekdays Mon – Fri, day shift 8:00-16:00, 40 h/week with flexible working hours. Readiness for possible evening shift work in the future is considered an advantage. The position follows the technology industry collective agreement (TES). Salary is according to TES / the worker's skill level. The role begins as a fixed-term rental employment through Click Henkilöstöpalvelut during August, with the intention of long-term permanent employment. The employee is offered occupational health services exceeding the basic level, proper orientation to the role, and strong support from colleagues and the Click contact person.
