Our home - Esperi Koti Kylä-Katila Koti Kylä-Katila offers 24-hour service housing for 13 mental health rehabilitation clients in Hyvinkää. As a practical nurse, you would complement our close-knit work community, where 7 instructors and a kitchen worker are employed. Our goal in the home is to create a warm-hearted community and as normal and active a life as possible for our residents. Operations are based on a weekly program that rhythms everyday life. We plan the day and group activities together with the residents, who have the opportunity to influence the content. Nature and hiking are part of our daily life. Kylä-Katila is located in an idyllic rural landscape in Ridasjärvi, Hyvinkää, about 14 kilometers from the city center. What would your work be like with us? Your typical workday would include, among other things, the implementation of medication therapy as well as guidance and nursing work according to the individual needs of the residents. You help the client in everyday matters, such as taking care of the home, maintaining personal hygiene, laundry, meals, and matters outside the house. In addition, you participate in everyday arrangements and activity activities together with the rest of the team. You strive to promote the residents' participation and involvement in community activities and hobbies. Our day and week programs rhythm the days. Employment details The position is permanent. The work is hourly work (0-115h/3 weeks) and 3-shift work. Start in the position is as soon as possible by agreement. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is according to salary class G20C 2,493.06 - 2,719.93 €/month (starting 1.9.2026). For hourly workers, we pay an hourly wage and possible shift-specific additions are added to the base salary. What do we expect from you? - practical nurse degree - valid medication permits or readiness to complete the permits immediately at the start of the employment - hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - fluent Finnish language skills We consider previous experience working with mental health rehabilitation clients or orientation towards mental health work in studies as an advantage. We also ask to see a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act.
