Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced commissioning project manager to lead and coordinate all commissioning activities on-site across Finland. The role involves ensuring a safe, controlled, and compliant transition from construction to operational use in all subsystem systems of the project. The project manager will develop and maintain commissioning strategies and plans, define system readiness criteria and commissioning order, design and oversee functional, performance, and warranty tests, and coordinate commissioning and acceptance inspections. The role requires frequent travel to various construction sites, primarily in project locations, and involves close collaboration with construction, quality assurance, suppliers, authorities, and clients. The candidate should have experience managing commissioning in complex, multidisciplinary environments with strong supplier, authority, and client interfaces, and be capable of overseeing large projects and system readiness and approval processes. A technical degree, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and fluency in Finnish and English are required.
