Tasked with independently driving procurement entities and procurement projects as part of the centralized procurement services and contract management unit of the Varsinais-Suomi social and health care catchment area, you will lead procurements from planning to contract, prepare procurement documents and procurement decisions, and manage tasks during the contract period for your own procurements. You will work closely with outcome areas and support services of the welfare area, identify development opportunities in procurement processes, promote changes in operating practices, and participate in ongoing improvement. The unit for procurement services and contract management is located in Turku city center, near TYKS, on Tykistökatu in the Pharmacity building.
