We are now looking for a sales assistant for our Espoo - Niittykumpu store with a 20 h/week contract, but working hours can be adjusted according to need. Common store tasks are cashier work, shelving and presentation as well as taking care of the cleanliness of the store. Work begins, of course, with a proper orientation and you start work with the basics, but as your skills grow, you may get additional responsibilities, for example from the bakery. However, we do not require native Finnish language skills but feel that the work is handled excellently if your Finnish language skill level corresponds to level B1. We naturally do not require language tests, but it would be good if you can greet/help the customer find goods in the store. The basic hourly wage is specified according to the selected person's work experience and education. In addition, we pay a separate Lidl supplement (1.5% - 10%) as well as evening, weekend and Sunday supplements according to the TES.
