Sales Negotiator

Rainmaker is seeking Sales Negotiators for Sanoma's telesales team in Jyväskylä. In this role, you will sell high-quality media products, such as Helsingin Sanomat, Aamulehti, and Satakunnan Kansa, to new and existing customers via telephone. The position combines goal-oriented work with a supportive team environment. The job offers flexible working hours, primarily on weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm, allowing for a good work-life balance. New employees receive comprehensive training in both sales techniques and Sanoma's product range. Remote and hybrid work options are available. Ideal candidates are positive, goal-oriented, and motivated to learn. No previous sales experience is required as full training is provided. The role is permanent with a base salary and performance-based commissions. There is also an opportunity to pursue a vocational qualification through an apprenticeship while working.
