Assembler

We are seeking reliable and proactive assembly technicians for permanent positions in Kurikka for our client company. Recruitment is conducted in cooperation with our client and Wulff Works. Applications and any inquiries are handled by Wulff Works to streamline workload. Work starts as soon as suitable candidates are found. As an assembler you will work in versatile assembly tasks as part of the production team. The unit performs tasks of varying complexity from simple steps to more demanding assembly configurations. Your duties include assembling control panels and their components, installing various parts and mechanical assembly work, using work instructions in daily tasks, and ensuring the quality of your own work. The job is hands-on and requires accuracy, care, good manual skills, and good physical condition as most work is done standing. We expect from applicants: a proactive and independent work approach, good and appropriate attitude toward work, willingness to commit long-term, interest in assembly and installation work, carefulness and ability to follow given instructions, good cooperation and teamwork skills, fluent Finnish language skills, legal age, and readiness for two-shift work. Prior experience in assembly, installation or production roles is advantageous, but the most important are good manual skills, motivated attitude, and long-term commitment.
