WE ARE NOW SEEKING FOR OUR STORE OPENING IN TURKU IN AUTUMN 2026 FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES AT PUUILO INCLUDE, AMONG OTHERS: * Customer Service: Sales associates are the face of Puuilo in everyday customer encounters. The customer base is broad and diverse, so the workday includes various customer interactions and situations. Our customers value a willingness to help and problem-solving skills in every situation. * Cashier and Information Desk Work: Workdays include both cashier and info desk duties. Info desk work includes handling customer complaints, solving potential problems, and renting trailers. * Shelving and Merchandising: One of the most important tasks of a sales associate is to ensure that shipments are unloaded onto shelves for customers. Merchandising ensures that current products are easily visible and available to customers. * Diverse Customer Service Situations and Tasks: Puuilo sales associates' tasks are very diverse, including online store order picking, cutting carpets and linear goods, exchanging gas cylinders, and helping with product-related questions. * Cleaning: At Puuilo, store staff take care of the cleanliness of their own store. There is a cleaning day once a week, in addition to which staff maintain general cleanliness of customer and staff areas daily. Puuilo is characterized by a fast pace and the chatter of walkie-talkies, which are a large part of Puuilo's culture. You are willing to perform all sales associate tasks and enjoy that your work is diverse and varied. You are ready to occasionally jump into the forklift to lift a stove into a customer's car or drive a cleaning machine in the store.
