Cashier

Tokmanni is looking for three customer-oriented and energetic cashiers for their store in Ivalo. The role involves ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers through service at the checkout and in the store, shelving products, planning and implementing product displays, and maintaining the store's overall appeal. You will assist customers with various inquiries and support your teammates. Due to the wide product range, you will handle items related to clothing, leisure, and home maintenance. The position is permanent with working hours between 10-30 hours per week, starting as agreed. There is also an opportunity to work additional hours or part of the contract hours at nearby stores. The work requires good physical condition and mobility, as it involves handling heavy products, bending, and reaching. Ideal candidates are adults with a positive customer service attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive work style. Ability to work flexible shifts on weekdays and weekends is required. Commercial education and experience in the retail sector are considered an advantage, but a positive attitude and genuine interest in retail are most important.
