Job Description
Primary location: RAISIO We are looking for a RESPONSIBLE SELLER for the consumer goods department at Prisma Mylly! The position is permanent and full-time. The work is expected to start according to the agreement in August. As a responsible seller, you ensure the smooth daily operations of the store and customer satisfaction together with the sales manager and assistant manager. Your area of responsibility in the consumer goods department includes sports and renovation departments, but you are also prepared to work in other departments as needed. You will take care of the availability, displays, and ordering of your product groups, as well as the cleanliness of the department. Additionally, you will support the team with daily tasks, ensuring that set goals are met, and you will prioritize and organize work tasks. You will meet customers exemplarily and motivate the team to provide high-quality customer service! The work involves varying shifts on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. You are the candidate we are looking for if you are customer-oriented and work naturally in a team and alone. You can lead a shift and take care of the store’s condition. You are an efficient and proactive worker who takes initiative in different tasks. You are also comfortable with physical shift work, working in varying shifts, and meeting hundreds of people daily. We require previous experience in sales work, and experience in responsible tasks or product knowledge in your area is considered an advantage. The salary for the responsible seller is based on the Collective Agreement for the retail sector and the task-specific responsibility allowance, and depends on education and experience, ranging from €2255 to €2564 per month. Evening and weekend bonuses add a nice extra to the base salary. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to €1.20 per hour worked.
