Chief Physician of General and Rehabilitation Responsibility Unit Would you be the new key player of Ekhva's Front Team in the role of responsibility unit's chief physician? As the chief physician of the general and rehabilitation responsibility unit, you lead your responsibility unit and are responsible for competence management, finances, and medical operational guidelines. Your task includes planning, guiding, and monitoring processes that cut across operational units. You anticipate and monitor the results of operations in relation to set goals and develop your unit in cooperation with various operators. You don't play alone: you make a close work partnership with the service manager of the responsibility unit and are part of the specialized medical care management team, where you participate in joint decision-making and development. You also act as a supervisor for the chief physicians of the responsibility area. What kind of player are we looking for? We require our new reinforcement to have a specialist medical degree in a suitable field and solid experience in management or supervisory duties. A team player whose heart beats for cooperation and operational development will succeed in this position. A goal-oriented and solution-focused eye is expected from you, so that you keep a cool head under occasional rush and pressure. The person selected for the position must prove their identity with an official identity document at the start of the official relationship. Official identity documents are a passport, an identity card issued by the police, and a one-time identification made by the police. Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act is required in the position. An infection safety questionnaire form is in use in the South Karelia wellbeing services area. The questionnaire is made for everyone coming to patient work or patient work internship at Ekhva. The selected person must present a medical certificate of their health within 30 days of receiving notification of the selection. Additionally, with the consent of the selected person, a basic personal security clearance is carried out according to the Security Clearance Act (726/2014) and an unobstructed response is a prerequisite for the employment relationship. A 6-month probationary period is applied in the position.
