Mechanical Design Team Lead

DYNASET Oy is the world's leading manufacturer of hydraulic generators, high-pressure washers, and compressors. We are now looking for an energetic and skilled team lead for our mechanical design team for a permanent position in Ylöjärvi. In this role, you will lead a group of expert designers, play a key role in the success of our product development and customer projects, and build smooth cooperation with our other departments. **What does the role involve?** As a team lead, your time will be divided between supporting the team's work, organizing tasks, developing operations, and practical design work. The role does not include personnel management responsibility; instead, you support the team more in their daily work, such as prioritizing tasks and finding various technical solutions and alternatives. You are responsible for ensuring that work can be carried out smoothly, projects progress on schedule, quality remains high, and that your team can also support and help other Dynaset experts. **Key areas of responsibility:** - Daily support of the mechanical design team, scheduling/arranging tasks, maintaining team spirit, and sparring - Continuous development of teamwork, design processes, and tools together with other team leads - Close cooperation with production, sales, and other product development teams - Participation in mechanical and hydraulic design according to your own expertise **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for a person who is, above all, a team player both within their own team and the entire DYNASET team.
