We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team at Tetla Plant, Tlaxcala. This position will be responsible for leading the plant's comprehensive maintenance strategy, ensuring the reliability, availability and efficiency of production equipment and auxiliary facilities through effective management of human, technical and financial resources. He will also be responsible for promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with Prysmian's global standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading industrial maintenance teams, asset management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and project management, with a focus on results, safety, and cost optimization. Required knowledge - Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments. - TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). - Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. - Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt (deseable). - Management of maintenance indicators (KPIs). - Budget management and cost control. - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems. - Knowledge of IATF 16949 (desirable). - Handling AutoCAD or similar technical design software. - Management of industrial projects. - Industrial safety and risk management. - Microsoft Office tools. - Intermediate English desirable. Job Responsibilities - To direct and coordinate all the activities of the plant's maintenance area. - Develop, implement and follow up on the preventive and predictive maintenance program. - Guarantee the operational continuity of production equipment and auxiliary services. - Lead and supervise the team of engineers and maintenance technicians. - Manage the department's budget ensuring the efficient use of resources. - Evaluate the performance of the area through maintenance and reliability indicators. - Execute and supervise maintenance plans and inspections on critical equipment. - Coordinate plant improvement, modernization and infrastructure projects. - Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance activities. - Implement preventive and corrective actions derived from audits, incidents, and performance analysis. - Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, policies, and standards. - Promote the implementation and sustainability of TPM, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. - Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety and energy efficiency requirements. - Actively participate in the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949 management systems. - Identify and manage risks associated with the maintenance process. - Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Plant Management. - Participate in operational and strategic meetings to communicate results and action plans. - Actively contribute to the corporate goal of Zero Incidents by promoting a culture of safety. Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, Electronics, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Experience leading teams of more than 20 employees
  • Experience in maintenance management within manufacturing environments
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
  • Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar technical design software
