Job Description
Would you like to work and develop in a rapidly growing company in an international environment with the goal of encouraging children to be active? Leos is the largest and most popular indoor playground chain in the Nordic countries, with nearly 70 locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany. Since 2006, we have enabled play, fun, and adventures for millions of children. When the company was founded in 2006 in Luleå, the founders aimed to create a meeting place for families where play and exercise are central. This is more relevant than ever, as WHO reports show children are not moving enough. Leos' success is based on a strong concept that offers play, fun, and physical activity for the whole family. We are now looking for a Regional Manager who enjoys ambitious goals, has a high energy level, and values independent work and responsibility. If developing leadership, teams, and service experiences is close to your heart, you might be the person we are looking for! You will be responsible for approximately 7–9 playgrounds. Your primary task is to ensure the achievement of financial goals and that all playgrounds operate according to the highest standards of safety, service, and cleanliness. Our operations are based on quality and commitment. Your role is to coach and support local teams to give them the best possible conditions for success. You will be part of a team that includes regional managers from all five countries where Leos operates, and you will report to the COO.
