Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Logistic Lead oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities, while leading and developing a small warehouse team to achieve productivity and performance targets. The role manages transportation activities, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. It holds accountability for import and export compliance, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements across Canada, the US, and Europe. Additionally, it drives inventory accuracy through strong controls and continuous monitoring. The position involves supervising a team of 3 warehouse personnel, overseeing daily activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, maintaining proper handling and organization of inventory, and ensuring shipments are dispatched on time. The role also involves managing shipments between North America and Europe, tracking shipments end-to-end, resolving delays, and collaborating with carriers and stakeholders. Ensuring import/export documentation compliance, verifying shipping documents, maintaining HTS codes, and preparing trade compliance documentation are key responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, and experience managing warehouse personnel.
