Portfolio Management Specialist - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

The Portfolio Management Organization is a key component to Bentley’s overall commercial offerings and consumption programs. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to communicate the value of Bentley’s Term Licensing program, SELECT subscription program, and Cloud Services Subscription to our users and colleagues. You will be working with users and colleagues to uncover, evaluate, investigate and negotiate the best possible outcome for Bentley and Bentley’s users, as well as serving as an expert internal resource for licensing, usage data analyses, and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include delivering high-level user service, qualifying and closing opportunities, interpreting license utilization data, negotiating licensing solutions, ensuring license compliance, managing license queries, facilitating communication with sales and operations teams, maintaining account relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably a master’s in water resource or environmental engineering, strong negotiation skills, 3-5 years of experience in software licenses management or compliance, experience in the EMEA region preferred, excellent communication skills, ability to handle difficult conversations, quick learner, attention to detail, experience in IT or software industry preferred, team player, and experience with software subscriptions and renewals.
