Production Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Production Manager for our growing data center business, who wants to take responsibility for significant projects and lead them successfully to completion. Carlsson RPS Oy provides top-class energy-saving air conditioning solutions for data centers, produced by a skilled expert team. The company's new production and delivery facilities are located in Espoo. At the core of the operations are high-quality customer service and innovative products that meet the high quality standards of data centers. In this role, you will lead data center projects that are central to the functioning of the digital society. You will be responsible for the overall management of projects, coordinating different aspects of installation operations, and ensuring the safe, high-quality, and effective implementation of projects. You will act as the supervisor of installation operations and build long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders. At the same time, you will influence the development of the growing data center business in Finland and leave your own mark on the company's growth. The position offers the opportunity to help build a new organization: recruiting team leaders, building installation teams with them, and ensuring that teams have the necessary materials, tools, and operating models. We hope for: - Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and flexibility in a changing operating environment. - A technical university degree suitable for the position. - Understanding of air conditioning and cooling solutions. - Proven experience in leading expert or installation teams. - Strong ability to communicate with customers, especially in English. - A Class C driver's license is considered an advantage.
