The bricklayer must be able to select suitable materials, mortars, and working methods for each project and check the dimensions, alignment, height, and straightness of the structures throughout the work. Applicants are expected to have previous experience in masonry work, good physical fitness, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
