We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Lead or coordinate multiple ongoing construction projects
- Collaborate with customers and project teams including contract management
- Ensure projects meet agreed criteria with stakeholders like university partners
- Oversee resource planning and project organization
- Support risk assessment and decision-making in multi-project settings
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management
- degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Master's DI in construction field
- RAP certification is considered an asset
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to lead multi-project environments and manage contract forms
- travel readiness within Finland, mainly day trips
