Property Maintenance Specialist

The company maintains both small and large properties and focuses on comprehensive property management. Services include technical maintenance, electrical and HVAC maintenance, and outdoor area maintenance. The office is located in Espoo, but the work sites are spread across the capital region. What does the job involve? As a property maintenance worker, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of properties. The work is independent and responsible, but you are not alone, as you have a skilled team behind you for support when needed. Your tasks include, for example: * HVAC maintenance and minor repairs in properties * Maintenance of piping and heating systems * Maintenance and repair work in apartments and properties * System inspections as well as locating and investigating faults We expect you to have: * Education in the field; HVAC experience is considered an advantage * Fluent Finnish language skills, as you will encounter customers daily * Class B driver's license and the possibility to use your own car * An independent, responsible, and proactive approach to work What do we offer you?
