Metso is seeking a Test Engineer for the Aggregates product development team in Tampere. Working within the R&D team, you will be part of project groups for the development of crushing and screening equipment. Your responsibilities include creating test plans, preparing and executing tests at the factory and in the field, analyzing measurement results, and reporting findings to the project group. You will also maintain and develop testing methods, facilities, and equipment, collaborating with both internal and external partners. The role requires a degree in engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) and technical work experience. You should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of communicating technical details in both Finnish and English. Practical knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics is required, while experience in electricity and automation is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and PDM systems is expected, and familiarity with measurement and analysis software is beneficial.
