Train Steward

Are you ready to jump into a fast-paced and varied work environment where you meet new people and landscapes every day? In the work of a train steward, no two days are the same! We are looking for two train stewards for permanent employment (90h/3 weeks) in Tampere. In the position, you will serve treats to hungry passengers, create smiles on customers' faces and ensure that every journey is a pleasant experience. Your responsibilities include customer service, preparation of products for sale, cashier work, beverage service and taking care of the comfort and cleanliness of the restaurant car. Shifts can sometimes be long, balanced by longer time off. What we expect from you: - You are a customer service master - or on your way to becoming one. - You have a twinkle in your eye but can also keep a cool head in a rush. - Readiness to work irregular hours – trains run from morning to evening. - Ability to work both in a team and independently. - 18 years of age. - Hygiene passport, beverage service permit is an advantage.
