This is a full-time, ongoing position as a personal assistant for Onni clients in Turku. The role involves supporting clients to live their own, full lives by helping with everyday tasks at home and outside the home. Tasks are tailored to each client’s health and needs and may involve multiple clients and tasks in a single day. No formal training or previous experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are sufficient. Training is provided at Onni’s Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing guidance from your team supervisor. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends; shifts can range from two hours and up, and you may work part-time or ad-hoc to suit your life situation. Responsibilities include assisting with daily chores, home and outside activities, and adapting to clients’ needs. Requirements include Finnish language at B2 level, a driving license and access to a car if needed, being of legal age, and the ability to commit to agreed shifts and client visits. Pay is according to the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement (G15A): 12.79–14.06 EUR per hour with potential shift allowances.
