We are looking for you** **Baker and Bakery Worker** Fresh, hand-baked bread is increasingly appreciated, and artisan bread is baked in over 140 Fazer in-store bakeries across Finland. We are now looking for a part-time baker (14 h/week) and a bakery worker (7 h/week) for our Prisma Kouvola in-store bakery. These are fixed-term substitute positions until September 26, 2027. As a Fazer Baker in an in-store bakery, your job description is versatile, and your duties include all stages of the baking process from dough preparation to display. The bakery worker's role includes assisting tasks, such as packaging and traying. Our bakeries are located inside the store near customers, so a brisk customer service attitude and good Finnish language skills are important for the role. You will work closely with the rest of the in-store bakery team and will be supported by the in-store bakery supervisor. In our in-store bakery, we bake every day of the week starting from the early morning. Your basic salary is determined by industry education and previous bakery experience. The starting salary for the position is €12.70/h - €15.71/h. In addition to the basic salary, we pay various bonuses according to the collective agreement, such as an evening shift bonus of 15% and a night shift bonus of 100%. There is also an opportunity for a business-specific production performance bonus, with a target level of 74 cents/h (structure and terms are defined annually).
