We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical strategy and evidence generation across the product lifecycle. In this role, you will develop and execute clinical evidence strategies that support product development, regulatory success, and market access. You will serve as the key link between clinical practice, product management, QARA, and commercial teams and build strong relationships with KOLs, Clinical Advisory Board members, and healthcare institutions worldwide. The role reports to the VP, Quality & Regulatory and Clinical. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain clinical evidence strategies across the product portfolio, supporting regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial objectives Enabling successful product launches and long-term market adoption Lead planning and execution of clinical investigations, performance studies, and post-market evidence generation Oversee study design, protocol development, investigator engagement, and study execution Build and manage a global KOL network and lead Clinical Advisory Board engagement Partner with Product Management, R&D, QARA, Marketing, and Commercial teams to integrate clinical perspectives into product and business decisions Support regulatory submissions and clinical evaluations in accordance with MDR, FDA, and international requirements What we're looking for 5+ years of clinical strategy leadership in the medical device (or pharma) industry Strong knowledge of MDR and FDA requirements Strong communication and scientific data interpretation skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Proven experience in clinical study design and execution, and KOL/advisory board management Excellent communication skills in English Experience in cardiac monitoring, digital health, or biosignal technologies is a strong asset.
