Are you interested in participating in a demanding and long-term technical construction and commissioning project? We are currently mapping potential candidates for Project Manager roles for a long-term international project in Uusimaa. The client is preparing for a multi-year technology and construction project. Initial recruitments may start in autumn 2026, with staffing needs growing in phases. The Project Manager will lead demanding building services, electrical systems, automation, and commissioning entities from construction to operational readiness. You will play a key role in an international project organization and be responsible for the successful implementation of your area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include daily project management, managing schedules, costs, and resources, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, monitoring progress, reporting to project management, ensuring safe and high-quality execution, and supporting the planning and implementation of the commissioning phase. We expect a suitable technical education and previous experience in managing construction, electrical, automation, or industrial projects. The ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously and good communication and collaboration skills are required. Proficiency in Finnish and/or English is necessary. Experience with commissioning or technical system handover projects and international project experience are considered strong assets. We offer the opportunity to participate in a significant long-term project within an international environment, a responsible and visible role, and the support of a professional team. The position is a fixed-term contract via ManpowerGroup for approximately 2-3 years, starting potentially in September 2026. Work is located in the Uusimaa region with competitive pay based on experience and expertise. A security clearance or other background check may be required.
