About the role

ReOrbit is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our growth journey, drive organizational design and strengthen people operations across our international teams. Responsibilities Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scale up strategies. Lead employment law compliant HR practices across Finland and international locations, including contracts, regulatory compliance and labor relations. Coach managers on complex people topics and drive performance management and employee development systems that enable capability building and high performance. Build robust HR policies, processes and documentation to support international growth and ensure legal compliance. Ensure cross border consistency in employment practices, benefits, relocation and local regulatory requirements. Lead HR programs around engagement, retention, leadership development and organizational effectiveness, maintaining a people focused approach. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of HR experience with substantial experience as HRBP or senior HR professional. Proven experience in scale up or startup environments (tech, engineering, deep tech strongly preferred). Strong expertise in organizational design, structuring teams and guiding managers through change. Solid understanding of employment law (Finland/EU) and compliance with hands on experience collaborating with legal counsel on HR matters. Experience building and implementing performance management and development systems in scaling organizations. Experience supporting international teams and building robust cross country HR foundations. High level of maturity, autonomy and stakeholder management; able to advise and influence leadership effectively.
