About the role

As Training Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and development of vocational education in the vehicle sector together with competent staff. You will promote student-oriented and smooth operations within your area of responsibility and ensure effective performance. You are responsible for operational planning, the implementation of goals, and everyday coaching leadership. Together with the staff, you will develop pedagogical operating models to ensure that students' skills develop according to the goals and that they graduate, transition to further studies, and find employment after their training. You will serve as the immediate supervisor for the staff in your area of responsibility and lead operations by promoting cooperation and community. You will lead by example and ensure the necessary working conditions for the staff to ensure smooth daily operations. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operations together. You will collaborate within Omnia's internal and external networks to promote the attractiveness, work-life orientation, and impact of the training in your area of responsibility. You will participate in the development of Omnia's operations in networks and working groups to ensure that Omnia's strategic goals are achieved. The position requires a suitable university degree, pedagogical qualification for teachers, expertise in coaching leadership and the development of work community culture, as well as the ability to build necessary cooperation structures and operate in various networks and stakeholder groups. You are familiar with the development of modern vehicle technology and can integrate it into training content and learning environments. Additionally, we require experience in supervisory roles within vocational education as well as excellent cooperation and interaction skills. You have experience with different forms and methods of implementing vocational education, as well as managing and developing operational activities. You are well-versed in the regulations guiding vocational education and have a vision for its implementation and development. A probationary period applies to the employment relationship. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Act 504/2002.
