We are looking for membership recruiters to strengthen the team of our partner, the Taxpayers' Association! The Taxpayers' Association provides excellent services that benefit everyone from students to retirees. As a membership recruiter, you will play a significant role in growing the association's operations. We provide you with high-quality training and continuous coaching to ensure your success. Our customer registers are tailored to different target groups so that you reach the right people with the right message. We expect from you: - interest in and understanding of financial and tax matters - situational awareness and life experience - ability to follow current events, such as the situation in Finland and the world We value a confident approach to customer encounters. Previous customer service or sales experience is considered an advantage. Requirements: - minimum age of 18 - fluent Finnish language skills - natural basic computer skills Our working days are normally weekdays 8:45-16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and 3 coffee breaks. Our office is located in the city center with good transport connections. A guaranteed salary serves as your security. Thanks to commissions and bonuses, you can expect your salary to be approximately €2,000/month after the first month, and through development, €3,000-4,000/month. Additionally, we have ongoing competitions for prizes such as trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards. Our team is characterized by high energy and a shared spirit.
