We are seeking for our client a production operator (process operator) to a permanent position in Turku. The employee will participate in daily production tasks and take responsibility for production smoothness as a support to the Team Leader. The company manufactures high‑quality pet foods for domestic markets, focusing on quality. Responsibilities include working in different stages of the production line, handling products, packing and quality control tasks, supporting daily production operations, assisting the Team Leader, and acting as Team Leader’s substitute when needed. The work initially runs on day shift from Monday to Friday, with potential future shift work. Requirements include prior experience in production work, willingness to take responsibility, a proactive and solution‑oriented approach, good teamwork and ability to work as part of a team, readiness to work independently, good physical condition, and fluent Finnish and/or English.
