The Programme Analyst – Justice and Rule of Law will lead the day-to-day management of the portfolio of activities that contribute to progress in governance, justice, human rights, and the rule of law. The role supports justice sector reform initiatives at national and subnational levels, contributes to policy dialogue, and ensures that human rights principles, gender equality, and inclusion are systematically integrated into programme design and implementation. Responsibilities include providing support to analysis and research of the political, social, and institutional context, developing draft concept notes and project proposals, and coordinating programme implementation with executing agencies. The incumbent will oversee the Programme Associate and Programme Assistant and support Project Managers. Requirements include an Advanced university degree (Master’s degree) in Law, Human Rights, Political Science, or related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience. Fluency in English and Filipino is required.

Requirements
