Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Advise forest owners and professionals on Metsään.fi and other Metsäkeskus services
- Guide customers in regulatory matters and grant applications
- Update information and respond to inquiries related to forest ownership and care
- Collaborate with other teams and escalate when needed
- Contribute to development of customer support operations
