Huikoo Bakery is the bakery of the Huikoo organization, where salty and sweet products are made from scratch. Huikoo Bakery's pastry products are available daily, for example, at Kulturhuset Fiinin Blåbär café. We are looking for a skilled professional who can meet the demands of production work and work systematically as part of a small team. Your tasks include preparing baked goods, cakes, and desserts for dinner menus. Since we produce products from scratch, we expect strong skills in raw material handling, preparation techniques, and various stages of the production process. The role requires meticulous work, the ability to maintain consistent quality even in busy periods, and commitment to hygiene and self-monitoring practices. You will receive support from Huikoo's pastry department manager and the rest of the team. We expect from the pastry chef / pastry chef at Huikoo: - Pastry training - Several years of experience in pastry or bakery production or as a pastry chef in a restaurant - Strong evidence of practical skills and ability to work independently according to production goals - Motivation to develop and improve your work - Good teamwork skills and clear communication - Systematic work approach and responsibility in daily production.
