Service Supervisor

We are looking for a service supervisor for cleaning services in Oulu. The role involves guiding and supporting the team, ensuring smooth cleaning operations at customer sites, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will serve as a key contact between workers, supervisors, and clients, under the supervision of a manager, but without direct managerial duties. The job is customer‑facing and requires a service‑oriented mindset, good communication, and a solution‑oriented approach. Responsibilities include organizing daily cleaning tasks and resource planning with cost awareness, ongoing development together with the supervisor, coaching and onboarding of staff and ensuring safe working practices, customer collaboration, and occasional hands-on cleaning. Requirements include experience from cleaning and facilities cleaning familiarity, ability to guide and support the team, promoting an inclusive and respectful work climate, strong organizational skills and initiative, customer‑friendly attitude, ability to work under pressure and solve problems, and proficiency in Finnish and English (verbal and written) with emphasis on instruction comprehension and safety). Additional preference given to previous guiding or supervisory experience and sector training. We offer a permanent full‑time contract (37.5 hours/week) with daytime shifts including weekends, a common start date, thorough onboarding via Onboarding path and N‑Clean Academy, fair terms, safe work environment and well‑being, and a competitive wage according to the cleaning sector collective agreement: 2235 EUR per month (13.88 EUR/hour for part‑time).
