Vocational Teacher

We are looking for a competent automotive teacher for WinNova's Pori location. The employment is fixed-term from 17.8.2026 to 31.12.2027 or as agreed. The duties include teaching vocational qualification units of the training program. The work involves teaching practical tasks in the workshop (maintenance and repair instruction), theoretical teaching, and potentially supervising workplace learning. We require: - a suitable degree (Engineer of Vehicle Technology) - at least three years of relevant work experience - pedagogical studies - a driver's license (category B) Eligibility requirements for the teacher's position are determined according to Decree 986/1998 on the eligibility of teaching staff. In the absence of eligibility, the position may be filled on a fixed-term basis for a maximum of one year. If only the pedagogical studies are missing and the person has already been accepted to study the relevant subjects, they may be appointed for a fixed term of 1-3 years. The position belongs to the Logistics and Special Fields unit. The supervisor is the unit's training manager. The primary place of work is Professorintie 5, Pori. Remuneration and terms of employment follow the Collective Agreement for Teaching Staff in the Corporate Sector (OTES). The position has a 6-month probationary period. Automotive engineer, pedagogical studies, and sufficient work experience in the field.
