Store Manager

As the store manager for Biltema in Porvoo, you will independently and with accountability oversee the daily operations of the store in line with Biltema's concept. Your core focus is customer satisfaction, sales growth and strong profitability. You will build and lead your own team, participate actively in recruitment, and take responsibility for staff welfare, development, and the creation of a motivating work climate. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and will lead by example in both sales and customer service, as well as in the store environment. We expect commercial training or substantial experience in supervisory work, initiative and organizational skills, ability to deliver results under pressure, excellent interpersonality and leadership skills, the ability to take responsibility and work independently, a positive “can-do” attitude and flexibility. Willingness to work in all store shifts including morning, evening and weekend shifts. Besides Finnish, English and Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
