Consultant / Technical Customer Support for ERP Systems - Oscar Software Oy - Helsinki, Finland

The platform enables real-time communication between functions, supporting a broad customer base of SMEs across sectors and a partner network utilizing modern technology. Founded in 2005, with a turnover of about 12 million euros, Oscar employs over 120 experts. We are seeking a knowledgeable consultant to work with our current clients and be part of our technical customer support. You will work closely with clients to develop their operations, including needs assessment, creating solution descriptions, training, and support. You will have a solution-oriented and consultative approach, identifying client needs and solving them according to Oscar’s best practices. You will also develop your skills and understanding of clients’ business. In technical support, you will handle multi-channel customer service requests via email and phone, focusing on problem-solving, clear communication, and teamwork. Your work hours will vary between consulting and technical support tasks based on workload. You will collaborate with consulting and customer service teams. Requirements include understanding ERP systems and business processes, knowledge of wholesale trade, good communication skills, resilience, solution-focused attitude, self-motivation, and courage to face new challenges. IT and SQL skills are a plus.
