This is a substitute position until the end of September at our Pelimanni site (Pelimannintie 16), where grades 6-9 study. Our school operates in five different sites in the green Kaarela area, where nature is close. In our school, students study in language-rich Finnish-English teaching from the first grade and in expression-focused emphasized teaching from the seventh grade. The special education teacher provides group-specific support to students. In addition, the special education teacher can provide teaching as a student-specific support measure in connection with other teaching. The job description includes special pedagogical consultation, which is implemented through separate, joint discussions as well as in co-teaching during lessons by modeling and guiding.
