Would you like to help shape Nordea’s Physical Security and Executive Protection programmes? We are looking for a Physical Security and Executive Protection Specialist to support the Country Security Manager in Finland, drive Nordea’s Executive Protection programme, and contribute to Nordea Group’s Physical & People Security unit across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia. You will operate from Nordea’s HQ in Helsinki and work closely with the Finnish Country Security Manager regarding physical security related issues and executive protection. About our team As the Physical Security and Executive Protection Specialist, you will play a central role in creating and implementing physical security guidelines and standards in a local context. You will provide subject-matter expertise to the organisation and local stakeholders, helping to keep employees, customers, and assets safe and secure. You will coordinate and continuously develop the executive protection of Nordea executives both during daily operations and during events and travel. You will do this in close cooperation with both external partners and internal stakeholders. Together with the Country Security Manager, you will work closely with security vendors and partners to ensure that the physical security posture is fit for purpose and aligned with international best practice. You will help build structure, governance, and scalable ways of working across the physical security domain, including incident management, risk management, premises protection, event security, employee protection, vendor governance, and travel security. We are looking for an experienced security professional with high emotional intelligence, flexibility, and situational awareness. You will be reporting to the Head of Physical & People Security and be part of a team of highly skilled colleagues placed across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia. What you’ll be doing: - Further develop and coordinate Nordea’s Executive Protection Programme, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners. - Assist and support in risk assessments related to executive protection and events - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other relevant instructions related to executive protection - Support, advise, and guide Nordea executives on security related questions and issues - Help create and implement physical security guidelines and standards, and support the Country Security Manager as focal point for operational security tasks in Finland - Manage and coordinate the delivery of safety training through vendors and internal personnel - Work closely with security professional across the Nordics, Poland, Estonia to drive continuous improvement, consistent risk and issue follow-up, and alignment on standards Who you are Collaboration.
